Scheiben 

This site is located in the heart of this vineyard at approximately 240-260 metres above sea level. It is a south-facing vineyard and contains one of the most rich loess layers of the region. Scheiben is renowned for its mighty, full-bodied wines. The Erste Lagen classified area of the site consists of around 12 ha of very old vines that are between 35-50 years old.
