This sparkling wine was produced from selected ripened and healthy grapes that were picked earlier and pressed white. The second fermentation then occurred. Intense yellowish-green hue, persistent purity of fruit in the nose: invigorating, vibrant and stimulating on the palate, with a particularly fine-bodied mousse. A high-class interpretation of the classic model.
