How do we treat our vineyards?
Our vineyards are our capital. To protect flora and fauna, we rely on the combination of traditional knowledge and the most recent developments. And to reach the highest quality, we restrict the yields, balance the amount of sunlight on the grapes through meticulous leaf work, and encourage as well as look after beneficial insects. Thanks to several pickings by hand, we are able to harvest optimally ripened grapes.
