Brunnthal
Facing exactly south, this site is located on the upper third of the slope, approximately 280 - 300 meters high. Here, the deep loess soils contain an enormously high proportion of chalk. The white varieties growing here shine with polished fruit and brilliant minerality. Grüner Veltliner shows a spicy, peppery character with very concentrated aromas and flavours, while Sauvignon Blanc
delivers a ripe, exotic and minerally palate.
